Where are Merlin Properties based? All of our properties are in Bellshill, a busy town with full amenities within easy commuting distance via the M8 for Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our Head Office is in Lanark, South Lanarkshire.
Is Merlin Properties a letting agent? Unlike a letting agent, we do not rent properties on behalf of other landlords. We own all our properties. This means we can deal quickly and effectively with our tenants needs. However, like all reputable landlords we are members of The National Landlords Association and The Scottish Executives Landlord Registration Scheme.
Do you have any restrictions on tenants? Unfortunately we do not rent properties to DSS recipients or to anyone under the age of 25. Tenants must be in full time employment and we carry out full credit and identity checks. We have a strict no-smoking and no pets policy and not all of our properties are suitable for children.
